Our New Online Payments System MyCoCo is now live. This system is provided as part of Cavan County Council’s commitment to providing quality and timely customer oriented services. This system allows Rent to be paid online by Debit or Credit Card. By setting up an online account you can also view all your transactions, see account balances and view statements.

Getting Started.
- To enable online payments you will firstly need to have a PIN number issued by the Housing Department of Cavan Co. Council. You may have already received a PIN in the post but if you haven't then you will need to request one. To request a PIN or contact the Housing Rents Dept with any queries please telephone: 049 4378300 or email: housingrents@cavancoco.ie.
- If you have already received a PIN from us in the post then you are ready to signup and can go to register at to www.mycoco.ie. Signing up is easy and you will be guided thought the step by step process. If you are having any problems please refer to the MyCoCo Step by Step Guide or contact housingrents@cavancoco.ie.

After you have first registered with the new MyCoCo Payments Portal, you will have set a password. Your email and password is required to access your account.

What do I need to use this service?
- You will need a PIN number from the Housing Dept to setup your account initially.
- You will need your customer number. This is available on your statements or contact the Housing Dept. directly.
- You will need your email address and password (If you need your password reset, contact the Housing Rents Section).
- You will need a valid Visa/Delta or Mastercard
How to use this service
If you wish to pay your Rent online please log in to following link and use your email address and password Pay Housing Rents. The MyCoCo Payments System will return your transactions and payments history.
What kinds of cards can I use?
All major credit and debit card types are accepted such as Visa/Delta and Mastercard.
What about privacy and security?
All financial transactions are processed by GlobalPayments (formerly Realex), a recognisied third party Internet financial service which provides a secure environment to protect your transactions. What about Refunds?
If a Housing Rents Payment has been paid in error or has been receipted twice, a refund may be arranged. An application for a refund should be made to the Housing Dept at housingrents@cavancoco.ie .
