Procurement Advise - LGOPC Competitions.

Procurement Advice to Service Providers of Minor Building and Civil Works (incl Supply of Materials), and  Plant Hire Regarding Nationally procured Contracts, Framework Agreements, and Dynamic Purchasing Systems.

As part of the Public Service Reform Plan, Kerry County Council has been tasked with the operation of the Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) with responsibility for procuring Minor Building and Civil Works (incl Supply of Materials), and Plant Hire on behalf of the public sector.

Cavan County Council is committed to utilising these nationally procured contracts, framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems were possible, but still reserves the right to procure and establish its own.

The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre’s (LGOPC) nationally procured tender competitions can be viewed on the etender website - www.etenders.gov.ie.

All interested service providers are hereby advised to register on the etender website and to check tender notices regularly for tender competitions that they may be interested in tendering for.
