Local Link

The Local Link is responsible for providing transport in rural areas.

Local Link provides regular daily bus services. The timetables and routes are designed to connect with Bus Éireann services, enabling people to travel nationally.

Bus Eireann Services

Bus Eireann provide services rurally, locally and nationally. They provide transport to Dublin Airport also.

Cavan bus station is located at Farnham Street H12X6D3

You can purchase a Leap Card to use on transport services. These can be bought in
many shops (usually they will have a poster or sign with the Leapcard logo to indicate
they sell them). These cards can be topped up on Android and Apple devices once you download the
app, they can also be topped up in-store. Leapcards save you 30% on fares.
