Emergency Road Closure - L-2030

Temporary Closing of Roads pursuant to Section 75 of Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 of Road Regulations 1994

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council has made an order that the road described hereunder be closed to public traffic between 8am and 6pm from Monday, 12th May to Thursday, 15th May to facilitate roadworks.

Road to be Closed:

L-2030 and L-2031 Cootehill to Mountainlodge Rd. (Localised section between Cornanurney and Dooreagh).

Alternative Route:

Divert via the R 190 & 191 Cootehill – Canningstown Rd and the L- 3504-0 Canningstown to Mountainlodge Rd.

Local traffic in the area will be accommodated as far as possible.
