Temporary Time-Limited Waiver in Respect of Development Contributions

The Minister for Housing, Local Government, and Heritage has approved a Temporary Time Limited Waiver in respect of Development Contributions for the following additional new residential developments:

Where work commences on site between 25th April, 2023 and 24th April, 2024 and is completed not later than 31st December, 2025
