“This development represents an investment of €11 million plus VAT in Bailieborough and in the people of Cavan by the Government, and thanks to the efforts of our Housing Construction section, and the team of dedicated contractors, I have every confidence that it will represent excellent value for money in the years to come. I look forward to returning here in early 2026 to view the completed development” added Cllr O’Reilly.
