Emergency Road Closure – L3009

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council intends to close to public traffic, the road described hereunder, on Wednesday 30th October between the hours 9.00am – 4.00pm for the purpose of emergency drainage works.

Road proposed to be closed:

L3009 Cornakill to Gates of Mullagh.

Alternative Route(s):

Divert via the L7040 at Cross, to Cloghergoole Cross, and onto the R194.

The same diversion route will apply in reverse.

Alternatively, divert via the L7039 at Cross, the L7046 at Clonarney, and onto the R194 at Mullagh.

The same diversion route will apply in reverse.

Diversions will be signposted for the duration of the works.

Local access only will be accommodated as far as practicable.
