Proposed Temporary Road Closure - Town Hall Street, Cavan

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council intends to close Town Hall Street, Cavan from Friday, 28 July at 6pm to Monday 31, July 2023 at 1pm for the purpose of accommodating the Cottage Market Summer Markets. 

Road to be Closed: 

The L-2534-0 (Town Hall Street, Cavan) linking the R-212-3 (Farnham Street, Cavan) and the R-901-0 (Main Street, Cavan). 

Alternative Route: 

R-212-3 (Farnham Street) to R-901-0 (Church Street and Main Street) to rejoin at junction of L-2534-0 (Town Hall Street) and R-901-0 (Main Street). 

Access for local residents will be provided where practicable.

Any objections to the above road closure should be lodged in writing with the undersigned not later than 5pm on Tuesday, 4 July 2023.
