Notice of grant of Licence in relation to Industrial Plant
Cavan County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Air Pollution Act, 1987, has by Order dated 15 June 2022 decided to grant a Licence to Quantumclean Global Technologies Ireland Limited to operate an industrial plant, which undertakes a chemical process for the cleaning of semiconductor equipment components to facilitate the reuse of these parts, located atKillygarry, Co. Cavan subject to conditions.
The EPA is responsible for processing Air Pollution Act licence appeals.
An appeal shall be lodged to the EPA within the period of one month beginning on the date of the local authority’s decision. An appeal shall:
- be made in writing,
- state the subject matter of the appeal,
- state the grounds of appeal, and
- be accompanied by a fee (€60)
- anyone who makes a valid appeal can request an oral hearing. A request must include €60 fee (in addition to the appeal fee)
Please note: the EPA fees should be made by cheque, postal order or bank draft, made payable to the EPA.
