Emergency Road Closure -L6568 Cashel Cross to Mullaghkeel

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council needs to close to public traffic, the road described hereunder for a period of one day, for a full closure on Monday 28th March 2022.

Roads Closed:

L6568 from its junction with the N55 (Cashel Cross) to the junction with the L6566 in the townland of Mullaghkeel

Alternative Routes

From Cavan via N55 to Ballinagh, via R154 to Drumlion, via L6569 to Mullaghkeel.

From Ballinagh via N55 to Killycannan, via L6566 to Mullaghkeel

From Mullaghkeel via L6566 to Killycannan, via N55 to Cashel Cross.

Local access will be accommodated where possible. Diversions will be signposted for the duration of the works.
