New national thresholds came into effect on the 28/03/2023 under Circular 05/2023: Initiatives to assist SMEs in Public Procurement. The new national thresholds are: €50,000 (ex vat) for goods, supplies, services and work-related services, and €200,000 (ex VAT) for works.
