Contracts signed for 45 homes in Bailieborough

Cavan County Council and GEDA Construction have signed contracts for the delivery of 45 new social homes at Pairc na Téile, Bailieborough with a contract value of €11 million

The development will consist of four one-bed, two-storey apartments, six two-bed semi-detached single storey homes, 22 two-bed semi-detached two storey homes, four three-bed semi-detached single storey homes, six three-bed semi-detached two storey homes, two four-bed semi-detached single storey homes and one five-bed detached two storey home.
