Operated by Cavan Monaghan Transport Co-ordination Unit, two new Local Link services commenced in December 2016, servicing Cavan Town (including Cavan General Hospital), Ballinagh, and Ballyhaise.

C1 Route:

• Cavan Institute
• Cavan Bus Station 
• Aldi, Dublin Road
• Lakeland Retail Park (Woodies, KFC, Toymaster)
• Kilmore Roundabout

 

C2 Route:  Cavan Town 

• Ballinagh
• Corlurgan Business Park
• Moynehall (Lidl)
• Cavan Bus Station
• Town Centre (White Star)
• Swellan (Station Lane)
• Cavan General Hospital.

 

The service, which is operated by Cavan Monaghan Transport Co-ordination Unit, will be operational from December 2016 Monday to Saturday.  For rural county services call 049 555 2401.

 

Fares

• €1.50 within town
• €3.00 from outside town into town
• with an additional €1.00 charge if changing between routes
• Holders of state free travel passes can travel for free
• Service open to all members of the public.
